Douglas Elliman and Pontiac Land Group tasked us with rejuvenating the brand of the iconic residential tower at 53 West 53, which rises majestically above MoMA. Designed by Jean Nouvel, with bespoke interiors by Thierry Despont, our mission was to refine the brand narrative and visual identity, emphasizing the building's distinctive architectural features. We showcased its panoramic views, exceptional service and amenities, and custom finishes to create a unique offering that differentiates it from competitors.

Our efforts included crafting a modern brand identity that reflects the iconic sculptural architecture and commissioning warm imagery to convey the refined ambiance of its interiors. Through strategic storytelling, we repositioned the building as one of New York's most sought-after properties.

The new website seamlessly merges the property’s refined elegance with a contemporary aesthetic, harmonizing the building’s design elements and striking typography in a timeless way. Complemented by custom aerial and interior photography, it enhances the overall appeal of this remarkable residence.

The design system centers around the basic building block of all computer data: the bit. We arranged hundreds of these bits together to form a radiating ring.
