Flink is the grocery delivery service taking the Netherlands by storm. &C is Chantal Janzen's lifestyle brand, a trusted voice for a health-conscious, taste-led audience. When the two joined forces on a co-branded product line, the design challenge wasn't building an identity, it was finding the third voice where two already strong ones meet.
I joined when both brands were fully defined, so the job wasn't to design a brand. It was to design chemistry. How do you give Flink's speed and &C's taste a single face on pack, without either side losing what makes it work.
The answer lived in colour. I developed a packaging system built around vibrant gradients, tuned category by category so each product family speaks to the right audience at a glance. Coffee reads warm and rich. Juices feel fresh and bright. Chocolate leans indulgent, with depth and a little drama. The system holds Flink's energy and &C's polish at the same time, carries across shelf and delivery box, and has enough headroom to grow as the line does.
The collaboration launched in 2024 and performed well enough that we expanded with new flavours across each category soon after. Proof that when two established brands are given a generous middle ground to share, neither one has to give anything up.
