Douglas Elliman and Pontiac Land Group tasked us with rejuvenating the brand of the iconic residential tower at 53 West 53, which rises majestically above MoMA. Designed by Jean Nouvel, with bespoke interiors by Thierry Despont, our mission was to refine the brand.
